According to the latest forecast made by the Bureau of Meteorology ,Austrailia ,el nino is at moderate levels and will return to neutral by june.But that doesn't mean that all is fine,besides el nino other factors are also to be considered.El nino will fade away but its remnants will continue to affect till july.There is no chance of la nina to be established before september 2016.There are chances of deficient rain in june in gujarat,A.P,Maharashtra,U.P,Chattisgarh,orissa,rajasthan ,goa,etc.
Means there will be a deficient of about -15% in june all over the country.July would see normal rain in central and northern india except some parts of western india and entire east and northeastern india.August would be normal for all parts of country except assam,bengal,tamilnadu,A.P,etc.September and october would be the only month that would see excess rains all over the country.....next forecast -1st may 2016
