El nino is weakening gradually and will continue to diminish till may ending.2 out of 7models suggest la nina by july.The chances of la nina in 2016  have increased to 75%.A moderate el nino is in the pacific which will weaken and establish neutral conditions in june -july and then la nina in august -september.LA NINA will show positive effects all over india by aug-sep.......don't miss MW-3 on 1st may

1.See movements of clouds.
2.Winds should be strong hinting a t -storm.
3.When there's a rainbow in sky after rains it shows signs that weather may turn dry.
4. If the colour of clouds are following they hint :
(1) Dark black:Heavy rain and winds.
(2)Blue black :Thunderstorm
(3)White:Clear storm
5.Humidity in air if more than rain will follow shortly 

Heat wave approaching western india

Yesterday i.e on 21-04-2016,Titlagarh in odisha recorded 47c ,highest in the world.Nagpur ,kolkata and wardha are recording very high temperatures.
    From  25-04-2016  entire west india including punjab ,haryana,delhi,rajasthan,maharashtra ,gujarat and telangana will experience severe heat wave with temperatures ranging from 43-46c.GUJARAT IS TO BE MOST AFFECTED.

China ......a very polluted country.

IN TERMS OF PROGRESS CHINA HAS DONE MUCH BETTER THAN INDIA.CHINA HAS DONE NOTEWORTHY FINANCIAL PROGRESS.BUT WHILE DOING SO ,ENVIRONMENT HAS BEEN BADLY AFFECTED..........India should learn a lesson from china where smog and pollution have killed lakhs of people.India should encourage odd-even formula and adopt more use of e-vehicles and reduce pollution by planting more and more trees.

Cool things that will keep you cool during this summer

Diet which should be taken under such hot conditions are:
1.Eggs should be avoided.
2.Water should be taken in plenty
3.Drinks,juices and icecreams can fight heat.
4.Mango juice prevents heat stroke.
5.Lemon juice also is tasty and helps us remain cool.
6.Curd which is sweet also termed as lassi is tasty and cool.
7.Avoid hot things like soup ,broth ,etc.

REVISED FORECAST FOR MONSOON 2016 INDIA.-----overall L.P.A TO BE 100%

According to the latest forecast made by the Bureau of Meteorology ,Austrailia ,el nino is at moderate levels and will return to neutral by june.But that doesn't mean that all is fine,besides el nino other factors are also to be considered.El nino will  fade away but its remnants will continue to affect till july.There is no chance of la nina to be established before september 2016.There are chances of deficient rain in june in gujarat,A.P,Maharashtra,U.P,Chattisgarh,orissa,rajasthan ,goa,etc.
Means there will be a deficient of about -15% in june all over the country.July would see normal rain in central and northern india except  some parts of western india and entire east and northeastern india.August would be normal for all parts of country except assam,bengal,tamilnadu,A.P,etc.September and october would be the only month that would see excess rains all over the country.....next forecast -1st may  2016

     We all are eagerly waiting for monsoon 2016.
Today we will talk about the parameters which are necessary for a good monsoon .
(1)El nino :Turning towards neutral and la nina in august.
INDICATOR:+VE.
(2)Seasonal low:No low yet in bay of bengal ,but soon a low might form.
Indicator:-ve.
(3)Mjo and ITCZ:Conditions are favoueable for development soon.
Indicator:+ve.
(4)Jet streams and lows have not shaped up yet .
Indicator:-ve.
As two out of four factors have not turned out positive ,monsoon 2016  may experience a delay in its onset.Monsoon may hit southern tip of kerela on 4-5th june.June would see  below normal rains in the country........next MW-2on21st april....these are my personal views through model study .

Importance of fruits in our diet

Fruits .....this word brings something very cool,tasty and enhances freshness.Fruits contain  water to a large extent which helps the stomach in digestion process,prevents acidity and helps maintain the water level in the body.
(1)WATERMELON:It contains fibre ,watery content ,useful in fighting heat prone diseases and helps fight tumor.
(2)BANANA:The poor mans fruit ,but overvalued rich in nutrients,glowing skin,folic acid leads to strong bones and helps to gain weight.
(3)APPLE:It contains many disease fighting nutrients.It can be taken as a anti-infection medicine.

(4)PAPAYA:It is a very good fruit .Helps in digestion process.The leaves of papaya tree are very helpful.Clean their leaves,crush and make its juice.It helps in balancing  blood cells if white cells are gone above limit........
