The food lacking colour is nutritionless.Do you know why so? Vegetables too sometimes do not have any vitamins.food should contain various eatables that are enriched with natural colours-----coloured food contain phytoplanktons which are disease fighting arsenals.we should include all colorful items in our diet:(1)Red:red coloured veggies like beetroot ,tomato,carrot have tumour and cancer fighting nutrients.(2)Green:cabbbage,palak,peas contain many minerals which strengthen the immune system.(3) purple:brinjal,beetroot contain disease fighting nutrients..try my colour coded diet plan as we all know that bread,burgers,french fries are nutritionless junk food as they lack colour.
